Apartment Review for Richdale Group

this company is AWFUL!! we moved in march 5th and once our year lease was coming to an end, we put in a 30 day notice and they told us we had to stay through the 31st (to get an extra month of rent out of us) we have been "called out" by them for noise complaints when my roommate and I are never home because we work 40+ hours per week. We have been ACCUSED, not "reminded" of throwing cigarette butts off the balcony (WE DON'T EVEN SMOKE) When asking the woman accusing us of throwing the butts off why we were being accused, she continued copping an attitude with me. our neighbors below us and next to us had bumping music going all day, long into the evening that was very audible in our apartment. Calling into maitenance did not fix that of course, sometimes they wouldn't even call us back after leaving a message! I had a wasp invasion in my apartment all throughout the summer. when called about the infestation, their solution was giving me a can of BUG SPRAY. the soft water heater LEAKS into my bathroom causing my floor to randomly be flooded. I will be sure none of my friends or family EVER rent with richdale. Worst service, worst apartment EVER.
