Apartment Review for Richland Park Apartments

This is the worst run complex in West Omaha. There are serious safety issues in the complex, along with the inability of the property management to deal with these problems. March 2011 saw numerous garages broken into in this complex, along with a couple of reported burglaries. The apartments need major renovating, along with the hallways and laundry facilties. There are no smoke alarms in apartments, only in hallways. The person who owns the property is not maintaining it, especially on the southeast side of the complex. Tenants, especially under the age of 30, do excessive drinking and make unacceptable levels of noise after dark in this complex. The property management does nothing to stop this. Until they get rid of the "riff raff", make a major commitment to improve safety and security in the complex, and completely renovate the property, this whole complex will become section 8 housing within a couple of years.
