Don't judge by the first glance
This has been the worst experience of my life. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors tv as plain as day. You can also hear the laundry going like it is in your own place.
The management is terrible. They thrive on gossip so if you like drama in your life then this is the place to live. If you want something fixed good luck with that. I called during the witner to have my fireplace looked at and she said that is on the botton of the list. I used it to heat my apartment becuase I hate electric heat.
Also, you have to have Qwest for cable, phone, internet. This is alos bad costumer service. I was so disappointed with Qwest I cancelled my tv and internet.
Safety is also low because lights go out all the time in the hallway and it will take them up to a week at least to put new lights in it.
They also own Midlands Heights so please use better judgment and listen to our complaints. I didn't and I wish now that I would have.

Are you kidding, a week to change out light bulbs in the hallway!! I can't believe that! How did you see where you were going for an entire week? Give me a break people, they aren't your personal servants. I've been here for almost a year, and yes I notice things like that but WHO CARES. Are the hallways pitch dark? NO, get over it.
And the walls paper thin? I can't here my neighbors at all, and every family surrounding me has at least 2 little kids.
And gossip with management? Why are you even that involved with management? I send my rent, that's all I deal with management.
And for the record it's DirecTV for satellite TV. And just with any other satellite, cable, internet provider they all suck at customer service.
