I love my apartment! It's absolutely gorgeous and has every amenity possible. I've read many reviews about maintenance and management. Hope they aren't true but problems already arising. The new manager has left already. No one answers the office phone nor returns calls. You can't get into the office anymore either because the security system is working in the building and they don't answer the phone to beep you in. So far all is well for us but the parking is horrible. But, that's apartment living. The garages are too expensive to rent and take up parking for those who can't rent them. Also, we were told there was cement between floors and there isn't. We have extremely loud people above us and have no way to resolve the problem because Management won't respond. Otherwise, we are happy!

First off I would like to explain that I am not the type of person to nit pick every little thing about an apartment. One thing you have to realize when renting, and more importantly renting an apartment, is that not everything is ALWAYS perfect. I'm pretty easy going, and won't even bother to call maintenance about stupid little things, like cabinet knobs. Just fix it yourself instead of complaining for 5 months. Maintenance isn't going to make a special trip for your cabinets.
I have yet to call maintenance about anything, and I've been here almost a year. I have, knock on wood, had no issues.
It's a very quiet area, and being next door to Chalco is great. I'm not totally sure how these buildings are constructed, but they are rock solid. The only noise I ever hear are people bouncing around and talking in the hallway. Once they enter their apartment and close the door, nothing. I can hear footsteps on the third floor every once in a while, but who cares. I'm not sure if I have awesome neighbors, a high tolerance, or both, but the noise factor is amazing compared to other places I've been. In fact, every family around me has at least 2 children ages 4-10 I'd say. Like I said I hear them in the hallway, but NEVER hear a peep once they are in their apartment, and likewise when I'm in the hallway. I can hear them in their apartment, but once I come in the door, no noise.
The only down side is that the complex is still under construction. The club house has yet to be completed, so there is no office on site, no pool, and no amenities to speak of. Again, I say who cares. The pool I can see would be nice on those hot summer days, but would you really use the work out facility...really?
I'm mainly posting this review to show that there are people who are actually happy with the complex. One thing you have to realize reading these reviews, is that people only take the time to write reviews when they have random nonsense to complain about.
I myself read tons of reviews before getting an apartment, and 99% of ALL of them were negative. If that were the case nobody would live in apartments.
In general Spring Hill is a great place and from what I've seen, everyone is either super friendly or keeps to themselves. The best kind of people there are.

We've lived there two years and have few complaints. These apartments are new, have huge walk-in closets, a fireplace, and washer/dryer included. We like the open floor plan and nearby kids park. Yes the units are still under construction, and so is the clubhouse/pool, but otherwise they are really nice for the price. Would definitely recommend them.
