Apartment Review for Tudor Heights Apartments

Low rent people in a very busy, noisy, badly managed guise. Management/managers/maintenance is almost criminal at times. There is no community feeling at all, with management always keeping the badly maintained apartments and them vs some of the decent residents who try and live there. It like living something out of a 1970's lifestyle where drugs are sold and management can get by with anything bad. All they care about is keeping the apartments rented, regardless of the lowlife people they rent to. This place currently and historically gets a D, and thats optimistic.
