The remarks made by the poster on 12/30/07- This former employee lists that it takes weeks for any thing to be taken care of which is not a problem anymore (it was when this guy worked here) most work orders are completed within 24 hours. Alot of people think this disgruntle employee still works here and we still have problem getting tenants to trust us after the marks he left here. No property is perfect but a property is only as good as it maintenance and when this guy worked here, this place went to hell and alot of people moved now the new crew is here and we barely have cleaned up the old crews mess but this property is getting back on track. the "list" this guy made is BS from a disgruntle ex employee who utterly destroyed this property and has the balls to blame a brand new crew for destroying the property. he blames the new crew because he didn't last 3 weeks before we pushed him out we don't need so called "maintenance tech" like him and neither does the tenants here. I won't go in on his allgegations about mexican mafia or whatever he is just a idiot who is trying to scare you. Montebello does everything they can to hire the right man they just screwed up with this guy.
