Review for Lakeside Village Apartments

These apartments are hidden which I love I try to tell my friends how to get here and they always go to far up or down which is great because crime here is almost no existance (tenant cried when 2 12 year old got in a fight) the buildings are old but they are redoing the outside siding and I got a remodeled inside (new fridge counter tops, stove, range microwave, Dishwasher, washer and dryer) I ended up with a 2 bedroom model which I love its quiet (no complaints from my neighbors) When I am outside I overlook the golf course and its very mature landscaping I feel like I am in a mountain resort. I see some units have wood decks. Tennis court is closed but they have a Indoor pool and Jacuzzi and I am impress that the indoor pool goes to 9 feet!and the outdoor pool is 10 feet! no other property I saw went that deep. Parking is a little tight but the property is so small that my friends can just walk right up from the street. The staff is great! They're professional and friendly and seems to know everyone here. The other tenants have lived here for years (one tenant stated she lived here 30 years!) Maintainence is good they seem to had a change lately I didn't really need anything from them so nothing to say..

If you want a quiet out of the way area that is close to meadowood mall that is isolated from the rest of reno with great amenities and a great staff and can overlook outside construction in some area then come here! If a older property isn't your thing then hit someplace else
