Review for Rosewood Park Apartments

Ok, be realistic. This is an apartment complex. It will never be perfect. But compared to every single other complex I have lived in or visited, Rosewood is by far the best. The Staff could certainly be more friendly, but for how rarely I have to talk with them, I can handle it. The maintenance is VERY friendly. I am a young woman with a small child, and I have never felt uncomfortable with any of our maintenance men in our apartment, even when my husband was not home. The neighborhood really can't be beat, especially for what they charge for rent. The apartments are a decent size, and there are laundry rooms around every corner. The noise level for the complex in general is very low. (I happen to have noisy neighbors, but I realize that is just my neighbors, not the entire complex) I have recommended these apartments to several of my friends, a few of which have actually moved in, and are very happy for it. You can't expect perfection from any place, but Rosewood comes pretty close.
