Apartment Review for Bella Vista Apartments

i cant wait to move. the place is always noisy. one time the construction workers were using my power outlet outside for their tools and i called the management office to let her know and she just started yelling at me over the phone saying there is nothing she could do about it. and kept yelling. that is so rude and unprofessional i would not recommend living in a place where you pay a thousand dollars a month for a one bedroom just to get screamed at by a "friendly staff" <P>
