I live at Bella Vista and have for one year and love it!!! Its located across the street from the District at the Green Valley Ranch casino. Great shoping and food all within walking distance, in fact the Cheesecake factory opens Aug. and Whole foods soon after. I have come to know all the staff quite well and have never had a problem! I highly recommend this property to anyone who will listen.

from the moment i stepped foot on this property i felt at home. Everyone had a warm, welcoming smile that made you feel comfortable. The property was immaculate in appearance. The actually apartment felt more like a home because of the townhome setup. They are very spacious and well maintained. The staff at bella vista got to know each of their residents through residential functions that they held regularly and from the day to day work atmosphere. Whenever I had a problem their staff would go above and beyond the call of duty to fix it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home.
