Apartment Review for Black Mountain Apartments Llc

They had a ONE MONTH FREE promotion when I moved in December, only two weeks later I received an eviction notice all because I did not pay rent on the 1st. The staff ignores you when you walk in and they do not return calls or even certified letters. They still have yet given me a copy of my lease I was supposed to be on a 6 month lease. The apartment they gave me was horrible smelling (chain smokers) people previous that lived there yuck! I was sick when I moved in could not smell a **** thing now I get very sick when I get home can not stand the smell. Also the **** parking situation I can not ever have any friends over at all because there is never any parking at all!!! I am leaving they treat me like **** and they do not seem to care that I am leaving because they have not responded to all three of my letters! Yeah and an ******* with a big truck ran over my trash can I have almost been hit about 5 times because people do not slow down at the stop signs they barrel right on through I have kids and this place is not kid friendly my kids have fallen down the stairs because the steps are very narrow!
