After my lease is up, I will no longer live at a Camden property anywhere in the Vegas area. The dollars vs. simple customer service is out of balance. If you want awful service, you might as well pay less and live somewhere else. You DO NOT get what you pay for here. On top of that there is heavy rotation of front office staff. Once they get a good person in there, they disappear. You are then left with the manager and her assistant, both of whom cannot provide for even the smallest requests without drama. Don't get me started on the "up graded units" (cabinets installed upside down, gaps in the cabinets, scratches that they tried to buff out but are still visible - scratches that happened to the new up grades upon installation). Due to the on-going and ill planned up-grades, the parking issues is worse than before we moved in. the parking has been taken over by the construction bins and the vehicles that the construction guys drive. The new “up-grades” have been going on since early 2007 and show no signs of being complete anytime soon. IMO this property is not worth the money or the time you will be spending pulling out your hair in frustration when the plumbing or appliances go wrong. If that happens, prepare for a bad attitude from some of the maintenance staff. Of all the staff, they are the worst when it comes to interpersonal skills (insulting, stand offish, and act like you are wasting their time). Save yourselves time and frustration and money.
