Apartment Review for Equestrian On Eastern

Been here since October and have yet to get a good experience after I moved in. On two separate occasions I had called maintenance to fix an issue. The first was I had no water pressure in the master bathroom sink and my garbage disposal broke. 4 DAYS LATER....I called back to see if they were sending someone out to fix it. 30 minutes after the call they knocked on my door. They looked at the part that broke off the disposal and said they would have to order a whole new disposal. 3 more days go by and they finally come out and change the disposal.

The second issue was a water leak on the ceiling above the sink. Nasty water dripping down and splashing on the counter. Called maintenance and once again had to wait 4-5 days for them to come out. Once there, they didnt even fix the issue. I had to call them again 2 days later and tell them it wasnt fixed. Came out again later that day and finally fixed it. However, the ceiling was damaged and looked disgusting. They had to let it dry. 2 days later I called telling them it was dry and they still have yet to come back out. They told me that they have emergency situations to take care of first, then they will be out. Pretty ridiculous for one of their resident that had called almost 2 weeks ago to have a leak fixed.
