I have been living here for three years now and I love it. There is beautiful grass/trees all over the property. The property just went through a re-model which was rough, but paid off in the end. They do things like dinner on us, breakfest on the weekends and lots of things for the kids. Im happy with the Summit and don't plan on moving until I buy a house.
