Well-suited for student housing, the complex is close to a wide array of conveniences for tenants to enjoy, including P.F. Many reviewers believe that Cobblestone could better maintain the property, and some stated bugs have been problem. There are complaints that maintenance staff is slow to respond and the staff is also reportedly stretched thin, and is not always able to keep up with the complex’s needs.
