Willowbrook sits on South Pavilion Center Drive, just off of the Las Vegas Beltway. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that the complex is located right next to the Arroyo Golf Club. The premises is also near a variety of shopping and dining locations, such as Best Buy, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Olive Garden, Costco, Burger King, Marshall's, and more. Reviews for Willowbrook have been mixed. A number of reviews point out that maintenance is slow and that the complex has had a pest problem. At the same time, there are several positive reviews which compliment the staff for their professionalism and skill. Also, many reviewers were pleased with the size of their rental units. Torrey Lane sits on Casada Way, just off of West Charleston Boulevard. The complex is convenient to public transportation, so tenants can explore the rest of the city. Torrey Lane is right around the corner from the College of South Nevada, which might make the apartments a good option for students. Renters can enjoy proximity to a wide array of eateries and shops, including Walgreen's, Jack In The Box, Azuza Hookah Lounge, Assistance League Thrift Shop, Denny’s, and others. Parkway is on South Maryland Parkway, just off of Interstate 215. The premises is located a short drive from the airport, so getting to other destinations around the country is a cinch. There are several bars and restaurants in the area, including: Mulligan’s Border, Laurita’s Taco Shop, Subway, Don Antonio’s Pizzeria & Restaurant, and more. Many reviewers complain that there is frequent partying and some residents do not feel safe. It should be noted that there are reviews that address this, saying that while there is quite a bit of partying at the complex, people have always been respectful and there was no cause for concern.
