One thing leads to the next. One min there's too much construction going on. The next minute there's 2 feet of water in front of the apartment. Next thing you know the gates aren't working for two months. Clickers have to be reprogrammed WHEN you can get to the office. Mind you, not everyone has a job they can just leave to get these things done. Then the "water company" is having problems updating the bill so you are paying the same thing since January. We've had the same rates posted for 4 months. Now you can't go on the treadmill in the gym after 9:00 PM. There are couples having sex in the hot tub early in the evening. Garbage disposal keeps randomly not working. People are VERY noisy upstairs as well as in the apartments next to ours. Plus a LOT of people smoke weed and it reeks through the walls. Nikki, the manager there has a MAJOR attitude. Not very nice at all. Need I go on? I would NOT recommend this apartment to ANYONE. Overpriced for what it's worth. I paid $200 for a cleaning fee before I moved in but I had to call them at least 3 more times to fix other things that were not cleaned well.
