I agree when the someone asked if Nikki wrote that herself. Since moving in, and, thankfully, out, we had nothing but problems with management. And no, I am not an unhappy person! (as another person suggested) Actually, I am quite friendly and secure in myself, by the way!! I lived in the back end of the complex and boy, the noise was awful! And someone in my surrounding area must be a heavy pot smoker because it stunk throughout my apartment. I was never home and I got complaints filed against me because of noise, however, there is no one around to see who makes the noise, unlike their claims that it is a secure place! And while people may think the pool is beautiful, they should only know what goes on there after hours! I had to call the police a few times due to teens hanging around or the time when someone hit my car and left! I don't think I saw Jenny or Nikki EVER leave the comfort of that office to have a look around. Yeah, perhaps to show people around, but that was it. And the constant phone calls harassing me at my place of business saying that I made too much noise, mind you, I was not there! Or how about if you have company over and they spend a night or two? I am convinced that perhaps Nikki or Jenny spy on people (peeping Toms perhaps?) to see if you have company. Maybe they should find their own lives instead of worrying if we have guests or not? When asked to rate the apartment on this site, some of the questions dont even apply to Acerno Villas. Like fixing? Or security? What security? Never ever felt secure coming in after work at night, always watching that someone didn't follow me in! Well lit? Feeling safe? Oh, and how about quiet? In closing, I agree when the question was asked if Nikki wrote the reviews. It seems that someone from the management did because any one that I have had contact with in that comlex, has had nothing but complaints.
