i live in rainbow highlands they are all the same set up . Management suck my friends mom who lives in another unit has had problems with leaky window broken toilet and dishwasher and they keep blowing her off. i have a noisy neighboor who plays his drums and music really loud but they won't do anything about it because he works for them wich they denied until i told them he wears their shirt and have seen him working in other apartments. As for the parking situation yes u have a 2 car garage but if u have any visitors there is almost no where for them to park the person who said there should be plenty obviosly does not live in the apartments
