I moved here 4yrs. Management used to be good. It has been a big turnover. They let the original cleaning people go..
They used to keep the place very clean. They were fired and hired a couple other guys poor service. Now I am told if you need something done you need to write a letter.
There is leaks in my garage and the door doesn't close good and when it rains it comes in. I was told that the owener doesn't want to fix it. The garage has mold in it. Other
people have complained about there garages leaking.
I f you want new paint after living here four years, they will give you the paint and you do it yourself. Once a year they used to clean it for you for nothing, now you have to pay for it. If you sign your lease for two years you wouldn't get a big increase and sometime they won't raise you. No more.
I pleaded with them not to raise me, I lost my job.
They said they have too.
This used to be a beautiful place to live in. The grounds were clean people could park there cars. Now, they have people parking there cars from the other phase. They used to lock the other gate. People from phase 3 use also our pool and washing machines. They have there own. Also, found out there are people dealing with drugs. Police Cars have been here a few times.
Management, will not do anything for you anymore. You have to pay to have your vents cleaned from the air-condition units.
If it was my house I can understand not an apartment.
Where I live it's quiet.
I used to commend this place to other people no more.
