We've lived here for 4 years,during that time we've asked very little. When things broke, we'd purchase new and fix it. Well. our air conditioning has broken 5 times in one month. They have been less than sympethetic at our plight--taking at least 2 days to fix the problem. We had to free water bottles for our bunny so that she wouldn't die of heat stroke. P.S. 3 of the days were over 110 DEGREES!
