Camden bel air is a shameless price gouger! we lived there for 3 years- when we signed the first lease it was 745 a month for a one bedroom. not bad. By the time we moved out we were paying 1200! for a ONE BEDROOM! Evereytime we renewed our lease they added at least 60 dollars to our rent. The inside of the apartments are nice but we got terrible service for what we were paying. There was a fair amount of crime and once I had to call security, he gave me attitude for waking him up, and he never even showed up! Also I had to call the office EVERY WEEK to ensure the exterminater would show up! The oiffice staff is rude and they are still trying to get money from us for "cleaning fees" even though they kept our deposit and we left the apartment in pretty good shape. So unless you like paying people to do nothing (plus an extra charge for blinking in thier presense) DO NOT live at this property, and probably any other camden property.
