Great place to live if you want your cars broken into. We have been hit 4 times in the last year. Instead of beefing up security they have strung them out to now they patrol all their properties instead of just this one. The rent is crazy and keeps going up with no added benefits. The staff is nice, the maintenance is superb. Without them this place would be a joke. It is clean, timely attention to your needs, but security is horrible and just getting worse. The rent is 2x that which you will pay in the new areas in the northwest. As soon as our lease is up were gone. The sad thing is we have been with
