I had a great experience living here. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and always open to working with me. I called about a rent payment when a vacation ran long. The office worker told me to drop it off when I came home (two weekend days late), no late fees. Everyone in the office knew my name and I knew theirs. They all live in the complex ~ a very good sign. The same goes for the maintenance team. My first priority when finding this apartment was security. I had my previous apartment broken into twice. It was terrifying and left me scared, but I always felt safe at Cimarron after I locked my door and set the alarm. The break in taught me to keep to myself and be alert. In my paranoid state, I never noticed any shady characters or situations. I have to admit, the parking probably could get bad. I only have one car, so it never bothered me. Overall, I like this place a lot and would recommend it to a friend.
