When I moved in 2 years ago the place was nice, clean and everything was fixed ASAP! Now it is like they only want your money. I pay a premium fpr rent and get Section 8 service. Not restrictions enforced, some have 3 big dogs in one apt and people here seem to have stopped picking up the pooh their pets leave behind. I advise to pass this place by.
