The staff here is immature and out of control. There are so many things wrong with this place and it is unfortunate that the staff is too young to understand that they are responsible for people's living conditions. Within the first month living here two vehicles were blown up with M-80 and a can of butane taped together. Two separate apartments (that we know of) have been broken into, there is no evidence of a break in and both times the doors were found locked. The police told these tenants that whoever did it must have a key. Scary!!! And, it is not child-or pet-friendly. My daughter picked up a USED CONDOM at the TOT LOT!!!! My dog found a USED syringe behind an AC unit by the pool/club house and it took days for maintenance to dispose of it. The pools are poorly maintained. The health dep't has been called about it a few times. We saw a maintenance man letting his child swim in the pool with a regular diaper (not a swim diaper) and he POOPED in the pool. The boy's older sister kept screaming, "Baby M@%$ pooped in the pool!!!!" We never did go back to that pool. The apartments are electricity-run only, meaning that your power bill is through the roof. Nothing is run on gas. We have paid almost $2000 in power bills and have only lived here for 3 months. The cost does not match our consumption. We are very energy savvy. Maintenance came to check out the problem, shut everything off and our power meter was still spinning. Yet, no further investigation into why it was moving. We had to contact the fraud dep't at the power company. The property is poorly maintained with various electrical wires exposed, electrical doors falling off the hinges, an infestation of black widow spiders and dog poop all over the property. A leasing agent divulged personal bank information. Even with statements from the people this leasing agent told information to, the leasing agent still works here with all of the resident's information right at her finger tips. This apartment complex is horrible. I see police cars in here at night atleast once a week. People, you know how you read reviews and you say, "Well, that's just one person's opinion." or "That could never happen." This is NOT one of those times.
