OMG, tenants act like were suppose to snap our fingers and everything will be ok! People, your living with lots of people, everyone works different hours. We provide poop bags. Sorry if people in the community don't use it. We provide dumpsters. Sorry if you guys don't put your trash in the the bin. If you see kids not supervised at the playground, the why don't you pick up the phone and call 611? Why does the staff have to do all the work? Your the one that saw it! Cars get stolen in the best communities, YEP, EVEN IF THERE GATED! It happends, just hope they total it, before the cops get it back so you can get a new one. And you know what, you shouldn't have moved downstairs, because you know someone is going to live above you? The builders don't care how they built the buildings, they build to specs. It is a business the the staff is running, where not the Cops or CPS. You'd be amazed what we really go through dealing with people that don't know how to just be an apartment renter! OMG, you might be the one that we hate to even see come in the office. Because you complain about everything. If a water heater broke and leaked on your stuff. Well get renters insurance! Crap happends! It's a building, and things are going to go bad sometimes. Then you want to up and move, because something happend, you car got stole, your place got broke into. If you were buying a house, could you up and just move????? No you will have to freaking deal with it! Give me a freaking break. My community isn't listed on here, but we do what we can. We don't own the building, we do have people above our heads telling us to rais your rent, or what we can or can't do. NO WHERE IN VEGAS IS A SAFE PLACE. So quit whining all the freaking time.
