The management are not sensitive enough to cater for tenants' needs especially in times of emergency! They don't care at all for their tenants' safety and comfort! When there is an accident, they don't check on their affected tenants! They are not professional at all! They are not helpful at all!! Sometimes they forget that you paid the rent and they're billing you twice! When you mostly need them and give them a call sometimes they let you hold for a long period of time until they won't talk to you! THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
