Under no circumstances would I ever live in any of their properties again. When last we saw the manager, she was screaming at the top of her lungs that we owed $1,000! She would not look at receipts, she would not look at any documentation. We went through 6 weeks of harassment, abuse and a continuous extortion attempt by this manager. She drug us to court, changed the amount we owed daily, would not provide proper receipts, did not record our payments, you name it. Over the weeks, I emailed, faxed, called, certified mail the corp. office over 15 times to try to tell them what their manager was doing. I thought surely they'd want to stop the crime. To date, they have done nothing. In fact, they maintain the manager was following procedure and claim we owe them money. I would be mortified to put in writing that my company procedure included abuse, harassment, and extortion. It's unbelievable how negligent they are. They have a duty to supervise their employees so that they activities do not include, abuse/harassment & EXTORTION attempts. We've gone to the police about the matter. Finally, we moved from that corner of hell and hell costing us over $1,000 out of pocket. I just received a note from one of their people stating that they have no intention of reimbursing us for anything and in fact stated "WE OWE THEM MONEY." The note had more errors that you'd ever believe, the address was wrong, the all amounts were wrong. These are truly idiots. Amanda Krause at 4000 Kruseway Place Bldg. 3, Ste. 110 Lake Oswego, OR, is the person who penned the note. We've no idea who she is, she hasn't identified herself as a principal/owner/receptionist/janitor, and weve no idea. But, whoever she is, this company is in violation of so many Nevada revised statues, that it's impossible here to really flesh it out. All I can say is, if you're thinking of renting in Las Vegas, definitely go to the website listed, www.haydenproperties.com, get the addresses of all of their properties and make sure you do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE rent from them.
