Worst I have ever rented. When they delivered my keys, there was no fridge in the unit & the washer/dryer were not even installed. Nothing has been renovated since it was built in 1977. Original cabinets have been painted black under every sink to hide water damage, counter tops painted w/ house paint, smoke detectors did not work, and it was INFESTED!!!! The fridge they delivered the DAY AFTER my move in was made in 1977 and did not cool. It was "replaced" 2x. Which means they cleaned off the same unit & put it back in my apt! Two times! The air conditioning ran for 4 days straight & it was still over 82 degrees inside! Every repair is like pulling teeth. Maintainance enters unannounced, good thing I have an Akita or who knows what would've come up missing! One thing they keep up is the landscaping because the HOA is in charge of that. I warn you, do not enter the gates of the Meadows Condominiums because to do so would be to enter the gates of hell!!!
