These apts are old and the floors are buckling. They need new appliances in the apt even though they just painted. There has been a number of crimes in the complex including muggings and a shooting. Graffiti on the outside is continuous even though mgmt tries to paint over it. Dogs poop in the grass and the owners are not picking it up. I had a problem with someone from the staff entering my apartment every time I left. They searched my personal papers. When I complained to mgmt they change the locks and were apologetic. But it still happens. The rent is reasonable but its not worth my safety or intrusion of my personal space.
