Hello, recently I was struck by a roof tile which fell from one of your buildings at Oasis Heritage. When I requested medical assistance the following day I was refused and told I was ok. Four times I requested medical attention. The fourth was a demand letter by an attorney, but still no help. Now I have come from the Orthopedic clinic, where I was dianosed with a separated ACL and torn rotator cup. I feel your management here at Oasis Heritage is irresponsible
