This is Heritage Estates, Oasis Heritage Apts no longer exists. Prime Group acquired this property last year , and it has steadilly gone down hill since. They raised the rent 100.00 and within a couple of months they had over 300 vacencies. They replaced the dependable security that was here with a courtesy patrol that you never see. breakins happen all of the time.I will be leaving soon, this stupid manager wants to raise my rent, and I never got a 45 day notice. They say that there is a 45 day notice in my records. They put it there after I called to ask why I had notrecieved Notice of lease renewal.
