Well! I'll make this brief! If you like having a washer/dryer IN your apt..this wont be for you. If you like nice clean laundry rooms CLOSE to your unit..this wont be for you. If you like livin near trailer park country, lots of dust n dirt everywhere..noise GALOUR from Nellis Airforce Base flyin overhead 80% of the time.. this IS the place for you. If you like to walk for long periods of time summer winter spring and fall to the nearest bus top--you will love it here! Add that to paying water sewer & trash:about 28.00 per month which by the way has to be paid WITH your rent or they wont accept it..well, you get the picture:) Moody apartment rental folks who love to be ALL in your personal business..i can go on & on. Basically, the only thing nice is the way the character of the interior of these apts kinda getcha..HOWEVER..unfortunately if you have a large couch or other furniture the design at the door is kinda on the small side...happy hunting!(i'm outta there come lease end..enuff is enuff!)
