When my mom and I were looking for new apartments, I saw these and I fell in love. These apartments are brand new, and there are very many varieties of floorplans to choose from. The floorplans are all very modern and very nice. The buildings themselves look very nice, and there are plenty of amenities (3 pools, fitness center, clubhouse)
So all of the important pros aside, apparently, we have been getting noise complaints for the past month that we have been completely unaware of. I am not sure if the people below us have never had a tenant upstairs, but every complaint results to "Loud Music" or "Banging and Stomping during the late hours of the night"
I am completely confused at what banging and stomping they have been talking about, because there simply hasn't been any. The only "banging" or "stomping" there has been, (besides an occassional fall) has been normal walking here and there. We have recieved 3 notices on our door, complaining about noise, and I am about fed up with it. I am completely furious about the ridiculous complaints from below. I am sick and tired of being paranoid that the residents beneath us will complain about noise. God forbid, what if I were to fall in the middle of the night, and we were to be evicted? It is completely ridiculous.
The apartments are beautiful, but I suggest unless you get a decent, understanding, and more willing to consult with you first tenant to live above, you better find an apartment on the first floor.
