I have recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so. The complex is very quiet which is great for me since I'm a day sleeper. There isn't a sercurity service and I feel there could be better lighting in the way of street lights. However lighting on the outside of the buildings, especially in the garage areas, is sufficent. There isn't a lot of crime in the area and I haven't heard of any thefts or burgluries so I do feel safe. With everyone having a two car garage parking is rarely a problem. I feel for the manager having to work out of her garage, especially during the summer, but she always greets me with a smile. Any time I have needed work done in my unit it is always done quickly. The pool area could be better. It is small, what little furniture there is in the pool area is old and broken, and there isn't any shade, but it is always clean. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the complex which makes this place feel more like a home than a rental.
