While the office help is quick to take your request for repair, getting the work done is like pulling teeth. This seems to have gotten much worse with winters onset. Leaks and HVAC issues. Crime is an issue, make sure your doors are secured. Including the sliding glass ones. The standard lock to the balcony is worthless.
