For one, it takes about 10 min to get out of your apartment due to the insane traffic no matter which exit you try to go out of. Second, the noise level here is unbearable. There are always children running around screaming, dogs barking, people drunk by the pool at all hours of the night, and the walls are so thin you can listen to peoples conversations. I work nights and the people above me make constant noise. They finally moved out, and so the complex decided it was a good idea to install carpet at 7am while I'm trying to sleep for work. I've never been so agitated in an apartment before. My husband and I tried to get out of the lease, only to find out that they wrote our lease 3 months longer than they told us they did; they said we couldn't get out of our lease just because of nose complaints. Then 3 days later they came knocking at our door asking us if we wanted to move out immediately so they could get someone else in. So ridiculous... only if it benefits them will we get any good service around here. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE if you value silence and good service. For the amount they charge you to live in a 2 bdrm here you could rent an awesome house. That's where we're going once we get out of this pit.
