In both apartments we have rented here, our a/c has broken down in the middle of summer.The maintenace here doesn't know what they are doing. We had a toliet that broke and it took them over 2 months to get it fixed all the way, while it flooded the bedroom. Then they wanted us to pay for new carpet because it was their fault. We had to go to the office weekly to talk to the manager to try to get something done about the problem!!The manager made it seem like it wasn't a priority because we have 2 bathrooms. They are very unproffesional and rude! The manager is to busy trying to write people up for leaving a bag of trash outside their door for 10 minutes, than taking care of what really matters. They will seem nice and sweet until you sign a lease and then they don't care about you! Also the pipes keep backing up, and when they do we get everything backed up in our tub and shower! It's very gross! There are always cop cars in here, at least a couple times a week and that is just around my apartment. Listening to people get in domestic fights and smelling weed all the time isn't worth what you pay to live here! People are outside at all times of night yelling,screaming, fighting, and even throwing fire works. I even watched from my apartment as the S.W.A.T team busted down the door across the way with guns in hand! Not my idea of safe!! And security, what security? I haven't seen any kind of security gaurd since we moved in!! If you are smart, you would turn the other way when looking for an apartment!! This place is bad!!!
