This development sells itself as a condominium development. I doubt that there is much difference between a condo and an apartment, but who knows.
Positive - Nice size apartments, nice grounds, very strict community rules that minimize trouble on the property.
Negative - Office staff is very nice when you show up to rent, but afterwards they don't remember who you are. The manager is nice, but the rest of the staff are basically jerks. Maintenance is not so hot, takes longer then any place I have every lived to get something fixed. In all fairness to the maintenance guy, he is the only one on this large property so I guess it's not really his fault. Finally, the rent is very high here, nearly $900 for a one bedroom. I moved because I could buy a house for not much more than I was paying for rent.
