We've had to move around a a lot since purchasing a house is too expensive in this city. This apartment was definitley one of the better ones. They are almost new, and were very nice. Spacious, pretty, and quiet. The pool area is nice, the units are nice, and I enjoyed living there. Maintenance was never an issue because nothing ever broke. The location is a new and nice area. The only downside is the parking situation. Our assigned space was very far from our building, and our other car was over 3 buildings away in the first available unassigned space. It was a pleasant experience.
