I am renting a 1 bedroom apartment. The first month I was in the apartment there were weekly shoutings at 2AM in the morning by various factions. I was told that many of those problems have been ask to leave and things are a little better. I was given several different prices in the last month to renew my lease. I'm currently paying $800 a month with furniture. I'm now being told they are losing money on me. They want $710 monthly without furniture. Two weeks ago, I was told $560. A person could buy a $150,000 home for that. Maybe the owners should re finance.
