Ever since The Pointes was sold and started to convert to condos, the people remaining still paying rent have to deal with construction noise and trash, bugs running all over walkways, and the pools have been shut down since July 28! Mgmt advises us of nothing and are no help when you call. There is mold in the walls and they won't fix that or other repairs. I pity the people who purchase these condo's - they're getting ripped off!
