The Regent is a great place to stay temporarily, but not to live forever. There have been some vandalizm and complaints about management, but The Regent is a nice enviorment, and if you respect others in the complex, they will to you as well. Many people may say that this place is going down, but don't believe them, it's probably just, because they're the one's who started all of it. Take it from me, The Regent is a fine place, and you will be greeted to an awesome staff, who will keep comfortable in the complex.
