The upstairs neighbors have small children, they're up til all hours of the night. We can hear every foot stomp, every scrape of a chair or bed across the floor. My small son thinks there are monsters up there.
One other thing not mentioned by the other poster: PEEPING TOM! some guy looked in our living room window at least twice a week for over a month. Never caught him.
