I was so excited about moving into this apartment. Nice layout and plenty of closet and cupboard space.
After 5 months, my tub still backs up 4". After four attempts at fixing this problem, they finally told me it was normal and that the only way to fix it was to back off the water pressure. Give me a break!
Not enough hot water to shower, shampoo, and shave at the same time. Windows leak, old hot water heater, no oven insulation so Jul electric bill was $250 and Aug was $340.
They just don't care. I complained about the fridge noise when I moved in. A month later, it died and I lost all my food. They did not replace it for 2 days and it was a smaller fridge.
Parents don't control their kids. The kids run right past my door like a herd of elephants.
What a nightmare! And, I still have 2 1/2 months to go on this lease.
I have always paid my rent on time and I have cleaned the filthy community laundry room several times. They just don't care about this place. SLUM LORDS DEFINITELY.
