I had a 13 month lease. Thank God it's over! Constant problems with the loud, pot smoking neighbors and the friends they always had over. Always in the office filing written complaints with no follow through by management. Was told by Nikki herself over and over that one more complaint and they were out of there. Yeah right. Their lease ended the same time as mine and they stayed for the whole thing. She's just out for whatever money she could rake in. The first six months were a totally different experience than the last of my time there, evident by the quality of people they approved. The only one in the office who was ever friendly was Amy, good for her for getting out of there! The other girl, I think her name was Jennifer, was just downright rude. Constant attitude problem. Parking was always a problem for those of you with two car households. One of us always had to park on the side, we were in about the center of the complex, at least we got a nice walk. Just so this review isn't totally negative, the pool area is beautiful, as are the grounds. Like others have said, they cannot help the construction in the area. For now it's a drawback, but once all finsihed location shouldn't be the problem it is now.
