I am the former manager of the community! I went on to pursue my real estate career. So as an outsider looking in on my BABY property come across some untrue statements and slander on this site. You can clearly read into these statements and just know and feel in their words that they are venting...more than likely because they did not fulfill their obligations and are unable to take responsibility in that! People naturally want to blame others for their mistakes. That is really too bad. I feel sad for them going thru life like that. The residents here were cared for! Spoiled and they deserve it! Unlike any other mgmt. team my staff was taught to give the best in customer service and with care! They will all tell you that! You can see & feel that there is pride in the community! Aurelio is the nicest man who cares in the condition of the property and the residents. We have a 24 hour policy on work orders and he does everything in his power (w/no help) to get them completed and with a smile! Jenny goes out of her way to help in any way that she can. She is always laughing and joining the residents in on that silliness of hers! As for me...the residents always came in to see me on a personal or business level. My door was always open for them. They felt comfortable with that! They always left with a smile and were satisfied living there. I had a way with them that built good resident relationships. In fact, I still talk to several of them as my good friends and who still live there and are very happy! The property shines...Norma takes wonderful care in keeping up the cleanliness. The property still looks brand new! There is hardly a rock out of place! The apartments have several unique elements including wood-like flooring, walk thru kitchen, lots of windows, good storage and great amenities even a tanning bed and the big courtyards are beautiful! The owner is hands on and is a great man! He keeps the staff accountable to being their best! The place is silent after 9:00 p.m. due to the quiet hours. Most employees if not all now live on site...so the property is always carefully monitored! We ran a tight ship and the residents loved it! As far as me writing reviews that is just silly! I have suggested to residents to write in, but never wrote them myself. I am a professional and have a very high standard of ethics! I have been accredited and awarded in this field in excellence and am proud to have opened Acerno Villas and privileged to have known and taken care of my residents! They are what counts! They know they are special! For those that didn't feel like they had a good experience there...it was probably because what they themselves caused! We always know who our problem residents are (although very few, were some bad apples) they know who they are and in reading the negative statements I can almost figure out exactly who they are. I would just say to them to take responsibility in life, look to God and look within. I wish them peace and stop blaming others for your shortcomings. Be happy...life is too short!
