Apartment Review for Alta Montecito

Saw a few bad reviews on here so I thought I would write a nice one myself. I have only lived here for a month and a half but I absolutely LOVE it. I have a 1br apartment which is about 700 square feet but it feels so nice and open because of the beautiful floorplan. The counter's and cabinets are beautiful and upgraded and I have exposed pipe at the ceiling which I absolutely love and the most gorgeous view of the resort style pools from my balcony . A lot of apartments say they have a resort style pool but this is the real deal, there are two pools, one heated, one not, and a jacuzzi, a big bbq area and lots of chairs and tables to sit at. The club house and gym are really nice too. Everything is right here! Maintenance staff lives on site so if you have a problem you will get an answer within minutes and they will be right over to fix it for you. I NEVER hear my neighbors, I live on the 4th floor so I have no one above me but I never hear any noise around me unless someone is coming down the hallway with a shopping cart, which doesn't bother me at all(bc the hallways can be long and no one wants to make 10 trips for groceries) I have lived in a lot of different places, apartments and houses and this is by FAR my favorite place that I've lived. The prices right now are amazing, my 1br is being offered at $100 less than when I moved in last month : ( I wish I would have gotten in on that deal but I still think I am paying a fair price. So give it a shot, come take a look around its really unique and beautiful. So give it a shot, don't let the older negative reviews make up your mind for you. Come in and see for yourself and you might really love what you see.
