Apartment Reviews for Aviata - Las Vegas

I moved from Illinois to Las Vegas in Sept. 2007. I chose the Aviata over the internet because I believed it had the best layouts and square footage. I visited there a couple of months before my relocation to view the area and units personally. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I loved the area at Eastern & Warm Springs (multiple stores like Walmart & Albertson's less than one block from the Aviata!), and centrally located to most of Las Vegas' main places (5 minutes from the Strip, 8 minutes from the airport!). The staff was very helpful and professional and I made arrangements to move in the fall into a great unit (2bds/2ba) where the bedrooms & bathrooms were a great size with oversized roman tub & shower.

I never regretted the move! Anything that wasn't as I wanted the apartment staff was quick to replace, or fix! The Aviata Luxury Apts. and staff made my relocation from Illinois to Nevada a pleasant and positive experience! I had to move to a larger home after a few months, because more of my family followed me here, but I will never forget how they made the whole experience a happy one for me. (I wished the Aviata had larger units, so I could have stayed there longer!)

After several years of faithfully paying rent at this apartment complex I had just signed a new 13 month lease. 3 Months after signing it I recived a 30 day no-cause eviction notice. Upon inquiring as to the reason I was told "We just want that apartment back". Feel free to live here unless you value the terms of your lease.
